Every Glowish order ships free, with no minimum and no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
Processing
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start processing the next working day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. November and December are the busiest weeks of the year for every carrier on earth, so add a few days of buffer if the projector is meant to be a gift.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first scan — that is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Customs and duties
Orders to Switzerland, the EU and the UK ship with duties handled. For other destinations, any local import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it before the parcel is picked. After that we can't intercept it.
