A projector is one of those things you can't really judge from a photo. So: set it up, aim it at the window, call the family over. If the moment isn't what you hoped for, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
What qualifies
- Within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All parts included — unit, stand, spike, remote, cable.
- Original packaging where possible. A box that's been opened carefully is fine; we expect you to have actually used it.
How to start a return
- Email support@glowish.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong.
- We reply within 24 hours with a return label and address.
- Drop the parcel off. Once it arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Arrived damaged or faulty?
Send a photo or a short video with your order number. We ship a replacement immediately — you don't need to return the broken one first, and you don't pay anything.
What isn't covered
- Damage from dropping the unit, cutting the cable, or opening the housing.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Return shipping
Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we cover it. Changed your mind: return postage is on you, the refund is the full product price.
